TWO BELT 12-HOLE BREEDER HEN NESTING SYSTEM FOR BROILER BREEDERS

  1. Collector drive unit has a direct drive gearbox, eliminating pulleys, belts, chains, etc. and making the unit easier to maintain.
  2. Unit has variable speed feature. Simply turn a dial to change belt speed.
  3. Drive unit utilizes a self-tightening pinch roller drive system with a spring-loaded belt slack take-up roller.
  4. Height of unit is adjustable from 24 inches to 40 inches to fit most floor elevations. Legs telescope, making height adjustment quick and easy. Swivel feet accommodate uneven floors.
  5. Collector drive unit and table come completely assembled.
  6. Just hook up belt and plug in.
  7. Power: 120 volt A/C. Available for 220 volt A/C operation

FIVE GOOD REASONS

1. Unique close-out system restricts hens from roosting in nests at night, keeping nests cleaner.

2. Nests are well ventilated.

3. Convenient side belts allow for easy hand gathering in case of power outage.

4. No lips around the bottom of nest on which litter can build up.
