Avida 'S' Series (Single-stage)

Chick Master's "S" Series Avída Single-Stage Setters have been specifically designed to accept the 'Smith' 150 egg tray and all other similar trays in today's market. The position of the trays in the trolley in relation to the paddle fan ensures optimum airflow through the eggs, even when turned.

Duck Setters

Avída single-stage Duck Setters have been specifically designed for duck producers to give optimum hatchability, air flow and excellent bio-security with ease of maintenance and operation.
Because duck eggs require much higher levels of humidity both Avída and Buckeye setters incorporate increased humidification systems for optimum hatchability.

Turkey Setters

Three systems are available for Turkey Production, the Classic Multi-Stage Fixed-Rack setter for 120 and 46 egg turkey flats is a proven system recognized for its flexibility and simplicity.

The Buckeye B16T-120 has a capacity of 53,760 eggs and features a central access corridor allowing maintenance, cleaning and loading while running.

Finally the Avída single-stage turkey system gives optimum air flow through the eggs and are available with a choice of three egg flats: 46, 100 and 120.

The Genesis IV multi-zone controls give all systems the operational tools and flexibility to produce top quality poults and ducklings.
